Our favourite, small hotel in Dalyan with wonderful and fabulous staff. Plentiful and good breakfast, fantastic standard room.

I stayed in the room that was kept spotlessly clean and available with air con, extra blankets, good shower.

Good choice for travelling to Dalyan and exploring local places. Courteous staff, modest, fancy room with a very comfortable bed, the garden, as example. Plenty of outstanding food. Excellent service and great value. Marvellous location short 

The hotel was set in a riverside area just next door to the river of Dayan, the garden which is really well kept, and the beautiful mountains on the other side of the river and nice 10-min walk to central town. Apart 

The staff was courteous and helped us find restaurants and bars which were located walking distance to. The room was kept spotlessly clean and available with shower, the bedroom, as example. Provided us with cereal, 

Make sure you stay in the standard room with breakfast included. The location is EXCELLENT, on the river front.

Butter, slices of fresh bread, hardboiled eggs, cereal, and jam were delicious and overall there was lots of food. The location in a very green area was great and beautiful and there were local markets 

We got great value for our money at Riverside. The room was clean and comfortable, with working air con and extra blankets available. The location was convenient, only a short walk from a variety 

The place was clean, exceptionally clean rooms. Outstanding food served, plentiful breakfast. Great pool, parking on site. What a fantastic stay, no complaints whatsoever.

Set in beautiful gardens with rooms around the pool. Attentive host and clean, comfortable sun beds. Short walk along the river to town with breakfast by the turtles. Tranquil setting with friendly staff and a well-maintained pool. 

The staff is welcoming and polite and accommodates all of guests' needs.

Their breakfast is usual, can be way much better.

Really beautiful area, riverside location adjacent to Easy to get to Iztuzu beach, and the restaurant with "Turtles & Fish " by the river. Variety of food at breakfast like fresh bread, cereal, jam, eggs, and cheese. 

Fancy units with tv.

The service was exceptional and the pool was lovely. Booked standard king room with climate control and a safe box. Had absolutely perfect location in the town centre.

Friendly administrators, quick and professional service. Family enjoyed breakfast by the river feeding animals. Clean rooms with daily cleaning and towel replacement. Great pool area with plenty of sun loungers. Reasonable price.
